How do I supply my artwork?
Please visit the duplication artwork tab, you will find information on how best to supply your artwork, together with various templates for any paper parts you may require for your packaging. Also Media Matters can create your artwork for you, just give us a call on 02392 632459 to discuss your requirements.
How long will my CD or DVD discs take to produce?
For short run duplication (up to a thousand units) we normally need around 3 working days from sign off of your artwork proofs, if your project is more urgent than this, do contact us, depending on your requirements we can produce your discs on the same day or within 24 hours.
For longer runs (replication for normally over 1000 units) we would require 10 - 12 working days from artwork sign off. If your project is more urgent please contact us as we can often produce 1 - 3000 units in house in a relatively short space of time.
How do I pay for my CD and DVD disc production?
Media Matters accept most major credit and debit cards. For schools, colleges and other government agencies please contact us with an official purchase order number and details of your accounts dept. and we will invoice on completion of your production. For regular projects we are more than happy to open a credit account, subject to suitable references.
