Some general information regarding our artwork production

For all our short run production (under a 1000 units), we digially print via our Fiery Postscript RIP and Canon digital printer on 120 gsm or 160gsm paper stock, it is then cut to size via an Ideal professional eletriconic guillotine.

Please supply your paper parts artwork with 3mm of bleed and trim marks, and if possible convert all fonts to outline (this turns your fonts to a graphic format and removes problems with font substitution).

For disc artwork please supply a 120mm square with no centre hole, guidelines or trim marks. Our graphics dept will then place your artwork on our printing template, and we will supply you with a PDF proof prior to production for your approval. For more details on disc artwork  click here.

Other useful information

To help us to provide you with a  quality product that looks at its'  best:

• please supply your artwork with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi
• Place text at lest 2mm from the edge of the disc
• Provide paper parts with 3mm of bleed and place text 3mm from the cut edge and include trim marks.
• Supply artwork without guidelines
